The current squad is not ready for the fixture congestion of next season. Carrick needs at least 8 new players to be able to compete.

INEOS keep looking the other way each time a quality player is available in the market and making excuses the player is overpriced.

By the time all the quality players are mopped up by ambitious clubs, INEOS will be forced to buy low tier players for a huge fee.
