Getting Tielemans for under 40M was such a steal.

We still definitely need another midfielder plus a left winger. I have no problem with carrack reintroducing Rashford if possible.

Every transfer window we will complain about the board not doing enough, some of us will even request that the Manager speak out if he is not getting the players he need. Since it will be him that gets sacked if result are bad, agenda people will say we want to cause problems between the Manager and the board.
When season start and the team is playing rubbish, they will start criticising the board and be complaining when we criticise the Manager for poor performance. A manager's job is to win games and titles, their is no harm in him saying "i hope the club can bring in one more Midfielder, a LW, a CB or a LB" during pressers until the window closes.
I like how the board has focused on signing good players at good value, hope they bring in more players in needed areas before the window closes...

Santos, Tielemans, Darlow, Thompson, Rashford. By all standards it's been an underwhelming TW. These additions don't inspire confidence about a Title pursuit or good CL run. Carrick will have to produce magic once again.
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Ellexy: 6:17pm On Aug 05
Imo we need a solid RW. I'm tired of the nonsense Amad and Mbeumo are serving us there. We can manage Cunha and Rashford as LW options.

We need a solid midfield enforcer. We are too lightweight in that regard. We also need a Bruno backup and a Sesko backup.

At left back I believe we have multiple players in the squad who can cover for Shaw. Dorgu, Mazroui, Dalot can comfortably play LB if the need arises.

At CB having De Ligt back will be a big boost. Yoro, Heaven, Maguire, Martinez isn't bad at all.

We could do with one more forward, defender and midfielder. If Carrick thinks Lacey is ready, we might not sign another forward. It might be Amad on the right with Lacey deputizing while Mbeumo and Sesko battle it out for a starting berth as the team's CF. Out on the left, Cunha and Dorgu/Rashford should do.

The midfield is a major concern due to the lack of an enforcer. I suspect Carrick prefers more control with Mainoo and Tielemans in the midfield, which means he is sacrificing the physicality and defensive cover Casemiro provided for better control.

In defense, I don't know how serious Martinez's injury is, but we could do with an addition, especially a RCB/LB.

Sadly non of us can force the board to sign players, I heard Carrick and the board have discussed privately. Let us hope the outcome of their private discussion favours United this season, i just want to enjoy watching us play and win games...

Well, I am optimistic that Tielemans will do well for us. I was really happy with the deal for Ederson, but unfortunately it fell through. I followed Santos when he was on loan at Strasbourg, but he struggled at Chelsea last season, as did most of their players, so my fingers are crossed. If he comes in and offers energy and physicality through the middle, then we will be good for it.

Santos and Tielemans are very good signings, a technical DM is necessary but strangely i am more worried about our front line. Sesko, Mbeumo and Amad had better up their game next season, cos their will lot of forward passes from Tielemans, Bruno and even Santos...

Don’t mind him. Their yansh no dey stay for one place. I believe we will sign 1-2 additional players. We can’t be competing with dem Chelsea for players else we will sign rubbish for 100m.

Sesko has bulked up. I think the physicality of the league caught him by surprise; hence, he spent time building his upper body strength. It will be interesting to see how he fares when he fully recovers. I hope Mbeumo rediscovers his scoring form; we might need to play Cunha as the forward flanked by Dorgu/Rashford and Amad/Lacey. I hope Amad grows out of his timidity; he has the talent, but he doesn't seem to impose himself on the proceedings during games, and that's where I hope Carrick is ruthless enough to bench him for Lacey, who should be gearing up to go. At 19 years, Lacey should begin to seriously push for a starting berth; he has the talent.

In all, a lot of what happens in attack depends on how we finally resolve the situation with Rashford. If he stays and is reintegrated into the mix, then we do not need to sign a forward. At the moment, it looks like he is going to stay, even though I'd have preferred him to go elsewhere just so we can move on from the whole drama and episode that comes with him. Having said that, if he stays, he gets my support as long as he gives his all for the badge.

Trashford is welcome if Carrick want him to stay, not like any big Club currently want him. It seem he also doesn't fancy a move to Saudi League. The board and Carrick should do their job well so we can enjoy good football next season..

When Amorim come out with style to enter the owners, una back up? Abi una distance una self from amorimsexuals. 😃😃😃

When Carrick does same and is sacked you will still say he was not good enough.

Let the club do what is best. Coaches come to work and get paid. If you sack them they go to another club. Na board and fans go suffer.

About £250m was spent during Amorim's ill-fated tenure. How much has been spent so far with Carrick at the helm of affairs?

Efficient utilisation of resources is key hence my scepticism about our pursuit of Lewis Hall.

I look at the squad and see more pressing needs than a fullback position that already has Maz, Shaw, Dorgu and Dalot.

Time would tell

You are the one that brought in a totally irrelevant comparison into the mix and as usual when you are pressed to explain further, you almost always cannot.

Nobody would complain too much about lack of transfer activities if Carrick was also given £250m to spend - that's the point here.

I also thought the WC would have formatted any remnant spirit of Amorusexuality whatsoever but it appears you still need help.

The bone of contention is coming out to call out the board. Whether anyone likes it or not is irrelevant.

The moment any coach tries it, he should be counting his days at the organization.

Any other argument you are trying to bring it only you will argue it with yourself.
