A public commentator, Joe Igbokwe has expressed optimism that he may get justice over his house allegedly burnt down by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB led by its leader, Nnamdi Kanu.


DAILY POST reports that Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja, is expected to declare judgement on a series of applications filed by the Federal Government against Kanu today.

The separatist, who has been in custody since 2021 is facing seven terrorism-related charges bordering on alleged incitement, running an unlawful group, and acts threatening national security.

Ahead of the judgement today, Igbokwe, who alleged that Kanu orchestrated the violence in the South and the burning of his home in Nnewi, Anambra State, said he will get justice.

In a post on his Facebook page on Wednesday, Igbokwe wrote, “I serve a living God. God has been my strength. Tomorrow I will get Justice for the burning my home, City of David Nnewi by IPOB fraudsters.


“I will get Justice from those who stole my 36 [i]plots of land in Nnewi where I intend to build a school”

Joe Igbokwe is known for repeated traffics in doctored images, misleading footage, recycled photographs, unverified allegations and sensational rumours eventually destroys the one currency that matters in public life: CREDIBILITY.

Imagine Joe Igbokwe known for building a reputation around kil-ling of foreign footage as Nigerian bandits, recycling old photographs as fresh evidence of arrested abductors, spreading a false narrative about the Lekki Judicial Panel despite the panel rejecting it, and pushing inflammatory claims about attacks in Lagos that an entire ethnic community described as false and inciting.

Then add controversial claims about another person's identity that were publicly denied and condemned, stories of attacks and burnt vehicles that turned out to be false, kidnapping rumours that the supposed victim himself denied, and even reports of being beaten that were later denied by the person involved, who only acknowledged being confronted and booed.

At some point, this stops looking like serious public commentary and starts looking like a factory for misinformation, sensationalism and political noise.

And when the same person spends years being mocked online for extreme partisan loyalty and provocative political commentary, the problem is no longer merely whether people agree with their politics. It becomes a question of whether anything coming from that mouth deserves to be taken seriously without independent verification.

But let's be intellectually honest: The ugliest reputation is not created by political enemies. It is created when a person repeatedly teaches the public that their words must be fact-checked before they can be believed.

Such a person like Joe Igbokwe may shout the loudest, trend the longest and defend a political camp with the greatest enthusiasm, but credibility does not come from noise, loyalty or propaganda.

If you involve Nnamdi Kanu in ur case as an offender or pertaker trust me you already lost that case. I don’t know why many who supports evil and Tinubu always appear dumb and blank.
