I did everything myself
From the school application to the visa application
Wow, this is good.

I initially declined my offer to TU Dublin because of the visa application timeline. I’m now looking to apply to ATU for the January intake instead.

Congratulations. Well deserved. Omo please tell us whatever document that was submitted for “No ties to home country” and other document honestly we really need this. You can just copy the whole document you submitted from your application letter and paste it on here let others that want to apply see it so that we can use that to beat their system at least.

Oh okay
For this, my dad has a company so I just got the company to issue an employment letter for me
That upon the completion of my studies I will come and resume in office there.

And that’s the truth
That and my siblings and parents are in Nigeria.

Big congratulations, girl!! 🎉 Thank you so much for this explanation. Please, regarding the gap in your educational history, did you provide any supporting documents aside from CV? Also, for those who worked during the gap, is it compulsory to include employment letters and payslips?

I just mailed the embassy screenshots of mails from my course adviser and my school international admission team. Mine was an appeal … so I used my first visa responses and the withdrawal visa response from the embassy to apply for refund dear … September 2026 is too far to defer… that’s a whole year … if we had January intake I would have chilled
1year is not too far considering what's at stake, 2026 September is just next month, and September 2025 just feels like last week(To me)

Delay is not denial

Dublin Embassy used 1 month to process 1 week application.

June 4 since July oo , and now second week of August, they changed it to 11 June. Omo i just weak.

I was expecting to see July on the application received date. It is well.

I think we should be more concerned with Abuja Embassy instead of Dublin Embassy….

If my guess is as good as right, our documents was forwarded to Abuja Embassy

What almost 3 weeks to get to the embassy?. I was even thinking maybe mine was sent to dublin that was why it took so long.

or is VFS doing this to manage applicants expectations? coz sending a documents within Abuja shouldn't take that long.

I'm just tired at this point.

Folarumzz:
Abuja
