Finally, I have found people who share my interest. I am very much interested in fishing. The last I went fishing was when I was 7 year old or there about.

Would love to use the hand throw fishing net though.

Okay! I am in Lagos and I sometimes fish from the rocks off the beach or local boat cruise with a two or three guys trolling along the ocean

I have a local guy who sells and also a foreigner who owns a tackle shop ... But local guy is easy to beat price down

I bought two from Aliexpress, I don't think they are good, I may need to buy new ones.

Not bad, I am enjoying them(caught a couple of fish with it) while also discovering improvements i will need. I should order the improvements next month.

Gorgeous! What do you use as bait? Can you share some "fishing in Nigeria" tips.

And finally where do you get your equipments, I can do with 1, so I can get started too.

I bought artificial baits but unfortunately naija fishes get sense so I now use fresh prawns.

No serious fishing tip, just do it for fun, make sure you enjoy your self. If you want to catch big fish, make sure you use big baits and that the line has a sinker to ensure your bait gets to the ocean floor.

I order my equipments from aliexpress.

What location, I'm in ilor.in presently, moved to a new area, that Asa River is a stone throw, I've been going to the Bank and developing big interest in fishing.

I lived in Ilorin all my life and moved to Lagos couple of years back.
