If we manage to go 2- 0 up, Bruno should be subbed off around the 65th minute mark biko

The less reliance on our captain, the better.

There are enough options available to Carrick
sub him off at half time and bring in mount
so sesko can stat pad

Now 5 goals in 3 apps. That move for the Leicester goal is purely instinct plus spatial awareness and fantastic technique. Quite commendable.

I also like how he’s not allowing himself to be bullied in the U-21s. Opponents try to rough him up but he’s up for the fight.

If we don’t enjoy him as a first team player (no one knows what will happen in the future), we have to get really really good money for him.
His quick brain and extremely high technical level means he does not get himself into too many physical battles. He is also very decisive in the box. He often already has the next 2 or 3 moves in his mind no matter how suddenly the ball gets to him. The instinct and spatial awareness are off the charts, and like you said, he usually has the technique to make those qualities count.

Only physical development or injury can stop him.

Noah Ajayi looked good on his return from injury. I would not be surprised if he made 1st team appearances this season. The Tynan Thompson signing at such a big fee is still a bit confusing to me.

At 3- 0 up, it is a perfect opportunity to share minutes around.

We should be able to to sub on Mount, Orobosa and even Lacey without fear.

tielemans-mainoo
excellent pivot

-Lord
Tielemans is slowing growing into that CM role.

He started the season a bit unfit but i think he's improved with each game.

Tbh, that sub should be Sesko coming on for Osihmen or Kane, not Zirkzee coming on for Sesko

Really? About Ajayi, i have watched him in youth matches and i am impressed but first team football are you sure? Although i will be pleased with that.

Sesko looks like a striker that will play at top level till he is like 36/37. Dont worry he will blow when he reach like 27. Before then make we de manage am like that

He has the X-factor and his ceiling is high because of his physical and technical attributes. The question marks are about his mentality and application. I believe he will get called to the 1st team sometime this season and make his debut.

Something is unlocking in Kobbie..There were some "MTN" passes he sprayed yesterday and I was surprised..

Tielemans na proper baller too..I think he'll be the reason Bruno will score more goals this season..

Tielemans will even ball better in a midfield without Bruno, Tielemans/Mainoo/Baleba midfield combo will too cook..

For champions league big games that Midfield is a must, it's a semblance to the Pogba, Herrera and Matic we had for a while that was balance.

On paper this is our best midfield combo, but Bruno will always start and he his always fit. He is in fact one of the luckiest player ever as per injury.

I’ve been meaning to say this. You are quite fond of Ajayi 😀

Regarding Thompson, I’m as confused as you. He cost us more than we sold some U21 talents.

Fingers crossed tho

Haha. I think he is the biggest attacking talent currently in the Under-21s after JJ. Last season he was the only one who could hold his own against JJ in terms of individual skill and wonder goals. All the others are mainly system players but JJ and Noah Ajayi have individual attributes that trump systems.

JJ’s qualities are obvious so I won’t dwell on him. For Noah Ajayi he is big, strong, fast, a good 1v1 dribbler, and shoot from distance, and finish with either foot.

His physical and technical profile are way better than his stats and I think he will adapt to 1st team football more easily than others cos of his size.

So you think his chances for first team football is better than that of Ethan Williams, Ethan Wheatley and co?

He has more talent and a higher ceiling. I am not sure about his work ethic and mentality because he tends to coast a lot in games but then can suddenly dribble past 3 defenders before unleashing a 25 yard rocket into the net. He is bigger, stronger, faster, and better 1v1 than Ethan Williams was, though not as ambidextrous. Wheatley was always a long short because the main thing he lacks is the main thing he needs; composed finishing in front of goal.

Have you seen our left winger in the Under Eighteens this season. Edson. Each time i type his full name i get blocked. He is one to look out for.
