ishola075:Your in-law was able to obtain UK visas in the past, and he currently holds a valid US visa. Based on his travel profile, his chances of obtaining a visa is very high. |

VivianChukwu:Its a points based visa, if you get the points you would be granted. Too much emphasis would not be on your visa ban but on if you are a genuine student. Check the student thread for more information . |

Grace321:No lies on visa form. |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by giselle237: 1:43pm On Sep 14 |
Oluwatocee:No chance with your current profile. You can not afford the trip and your economic circumstances also not what they want, you have a high propensity not to go back in the eyes of the visa officer so they will not approve. No need to reapply until your circumstances change. |

Alright thank you! What do you think the chances of being approved or refused would be if you state that you have a relative in that situation? giselle237: |

Urgent advice needed – Skilled Worker visa / sponsor reporting employment ended Hi everyone, I’m looking for some guidance on what I should do regarding my Skilled Worker visa and whether anyone knows the correct email/contact route for UKVI/Home Office. I’m currently in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa. My sponsored employment ended My former employer has now told me that they intend to notify the Home Office on that I am no longer employed. I have not yet secured another sponsored job, although I am actively applying for sponsored roles I contacted UKVI through the online contact/webchat service because I wanted to provide information about my circumstances and ask how I can make sure it is properly recorded. I was told to contact “General and Visas” and was given a telephone number, but I am trying to find out whether there is an email address or another appropriate way to submit information/documents about my situation. I would also like to understand what I should be doing now, particularly regarding the timing of my former sponsor's notification, any curtailment/cancellation period, and how much time I may have to secure a new sponsor. Does anyone know the correct email address/contact route for this type of situation, or what the best next step would be? I am also planning to speak to a regulated immigration solicitor, but I would really appreciate any guidance from people who have been through a similar situation or know the correct UKVI process. Thank you. |

it was a bad idea to use a sponsor. I recently helped a lady get 6 months visa, but she had to do POF of around 8m. Why would someone sponsor a full grown man like you to come a visit? Before applying, ask yourself if you would grant yourself the visa if you are the visa officer Oluwatocee: |

Oluwatocee:Sorry about the refusal. I think your salary is a major issue. It is simply too low. Regardless of your sponsorship, your own income must be seen as substantial - unless you are a minor or old. They always believe a young working class person must be able to afford a vacation without relying on someone else for sponsorship. |

Lamide123:Yes, it is more than adequate. Her cost of travel should be in the region of 1,500 as the ticket alone will cost at least 700 Pounds |

Oluwatocee:E sure me say na pastor tell you say make you apply say you go get the visa. That’s the only explanation for how person with this kind profile go waste him money to apply for UK visa and think say miracle go happen ![]() |

After a refusal i wrote a pap letter 4 weeks ago detailing why i believe the case worker made a flawed decision ignoring all explanations for some deposits and flagging them. The SSHD agreed to withdraw the decision and sent me a letter to that effect. However today about 2 weeks after they withdraw the refusal i also got a letter from ukvi stating that they confirmed there are procedural errors in the way my application was handled, does that mean they will grant ? Expers pls 🙏

eliteautos33:Yeah....You are very likely to get a re-issue. I have done this twice b4 and i got a re-call. I was asked to return my son's passport for re-call. And visa was issued within 24hrs. |

eliteautos33:Boss were you given a right of appeal or right to admin. review. |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by eliteautos33: 4:00pm On Sep 16 |
akinsanya005:You dont need any right to go for judicial review so long you believe the decision was irrational and failed to properly access your submission. |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by akinsanya005: 5:37pm On Sep 17 |
eliteautos33:Boss thanks for the update .. I thought you can only appeal if that was written on your REFUSAL.. can you please share the emial to send to for educational purpose . thank You. |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by eliteautos33: 11:25pm On Sep 17 |
akinsanya005:No need to share anything you initiate the process for judicial review by sending a pap letter to the home office with your complaint if its solid complain within two weeks you get a response withdrawing the refusal. Judicial you dont need any right is court matter, you are heading to court. Just use google for detailed instructions and samples of such letters |
