naptu2:You are the one mixing things up. Peter Obi said that he did not leave office with any uncleared debt and if you can show me any cleared debt debt as at the time he left the office that he did not pay, I promise you, I will stop supporting him, I wish you'd say the same for your candidate. and please do not bring up state inherited federal government debts that have their repayment terms and tenure. |

MrBadNews:The office of the president is being scritunized everyday! Just 5% of that is being done to someone who claim that he is better than the president and you are crying. By;the way,he invited the scrutiny. Let him keep his mouth shot for just 3 months and see if anybody will even remember that he exists

mycar:I have mixed nothing up, rather you are running from pillar to post. Once you can't defend something, you run to the next thing. Notice that you no longer mentioned Anambra Water in this last post? But you adnitted that he was owing and offered to pay half and the workers rejected it. This is really very funny. The funniest part is that you are the person that asked for pensions and salaries o! |

gigabyte13:who told you that contract for roads were not awarded? what makes a school worth calling a school if there are no chairs and teachers to teach, what he did is what a sensible person should do, fix the existing ones, get them to a good standard before embarking on a new ones. it is just like man that prioritizes giving birth to more children when he cannot even take care of the children he already has and you sound like one. |

helinues:He will not bow out, someone should prove him wrong, He said if one person can come out that he owe them, untill then, you guys should shamelessly be working overdrive. Can any candidate you are currently supporting come out and say he left any cash behind? From obi didn't leave money, to obi invested in long term bond which some will start maturing 2030, to he left only billion, etc. |

For God's sake, these people are currently in government, can't they just pull out existing documents to prove Peter Obi wrong? I mean, it's the dumbest thing to do, for crying out loud. Rather than flashing back on publications that were mere campaign/political banters, why can't current Governor Soludo and his cohorts who currently have access to all the fiscal documents and contract certificates release these documents to prove Peter Obi wrong? Even the most stupid OLODO in the world wouldn't have much difficulty getting this done. Many of us don't think! Why are they telling us? Peter Obi said bring one person that I owed upon expiration of my tenure as governor of Anambra state. Forward a document of proof rather than published past political jabs between oppositions, and we will believe you. It may be difficult for Obiano to do it because he has left power. But Soludo is the sitting Governor and he has access to documents dated to the time when Late Chief Chukwuemeka Ezeife was the governor of the old defunct Anambra state. It's not rocket science to get important documents and nail Obi. Believe me, if any document exists to prove Obi wrong, Soludo would have nailed him since time immemorial. There's none. So, they are relying on past published campaign jabs when Obi was in Anambra opposition (PDP) and publicized campaign of calumny to discredit his claim. Very cheap, if you ask me. DON'T FORGET, OBI SAID "I WILL STOP CAMPAIGNING IF YOU SHOW ME ONE PERSON I OWED UPON THE EXPIRATION OF MY TENURE AS ANAMBRA GOVERNOR". And these dumb assholes are making Obi more popular rather than come up with proofs |

helinues:Obi can't step out. You people have not proved him wrong. Bring anyone that has completed his contract and was not paid. That's simple. You people are talking of the value of ongoing projects. Government is a continum. There would be on going jobs at any point in time. |

Basic123:Comparing the public scrutiny of a sitting president who holds executive power, commands state resources, and makes policies affecting over 200 million lives to an opposition figure is completely unserious. One is running the country, the other is a private citizen and political leader offering alternative views. Of course the weight and necessity of accountability cannot be the same. And saying someone should keep his mouth shut for three months just because he points out economic realities? That is a straightup dictatorship mindset. When current leaders were in opposition, they practically lived in the press criticizing every single policy. Nobody told them to keep quiet then. If the administration's performance is actually stellar, no amount of speaking out from any opposition figure can stop the good results from showing on the streets. Let the governance speak for itself, not coming to social media to defend the cluelessness of this administration. |

Since mycar has decided to retire (for lack of facts) it is time to say to Obidients, especially members of their whatsapp group. Thank you for entertaining me this morning but the time for entertainment has ended. From here on out I will just block anyone that ignores the topic and tries to attack me. I won't respond to their posts. Thank you for your attention to this matter. |

helinues:Is it that you people don't understand English or you're just being intentionally deceitful? Obi said he was not owing any pension, gratuity, contractors who have finished his project and have their paperwork fully processed when he left office, he didn't say that the Anambra government wasn't owning public debt, ofcouse there would be debt since there are other unprocessed payments hanging when he left office. So this is just a non-issue, you people have not debunked what he said at all Besides the debt quoted by Soludo and the one quoted by Obiano are not the same. Soludo claimed Obi's debt was $123.7 million, while Obiano says it's ₦185 million so which figure is the correct one? How is it that Obi was owning more debt than the Federal government? And if you read what was said by the Obiano admin concerning the debts, those debts were for an ongoing projects that were still being carried out within the state. |
