Not compulsory but might be requested later

No ! It is not a requirement and therefore not compulsory for study permit because you re gonna be living in Canada for longer years thus they have plenty time to verify your background. It is required for Visitors who have short time to stay in Canada.

Not required for temporary residents application only for permanent residents applications.

You can involve it so that additional information will not be required because ADR can delay ur processing time

If you’re in Lagos, just head over to Panti or ask around at your local police station. It only costs about ₦30k+ and the whole process is pretty straightforward

I did mine at ikoyi and receive it that same day l did registration and capturing so it is easy to obtain

Every day I talk about avoiding Facebook/Telegram agents, they attack me and call me every name possible just to get me to respond so I can get banned from this platform.

Applying for a visa is not difficult. If you can create a Nairaland account, you can create an IRCC secure account.https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html

Enter your personal information, upload the required documents, and follow the instructions.

From what I’ve gathered, one of the main reasons some people use agents is because they don’t have the required POF and want the agent to provide fake documents. I learn something new every day... paying someone in the bank to give you POF in your account. As I’ve said before, you’re basically playing Russian roulette with your future.

All these Facebook agents use the same documents for 1,000 different people. When IRCC starts seeing a pattern, they start asking questions.

Ask yourself this question: Do you really think that fake POF or fake document your agent is using for you is being created only for you?

No, it isn’t. IRCC is very good at keeping records, and those records can come up in the future.

You may think you’re getting away with it today, but that Fake document will come back to haunt your application years later.

But hey, I’m just a commenter. What do I know about anything?

If you cannot expose the agency then you are just chasing shadows. Travel agents has been in existence before the birth of internet and they will always exist. Give us names and transaction and communication evidences otherwise you are just framing what has not existed.

So I cooked ODN if the person that was scammed didn't provide names or transactions details,so I should Put Gun on the person's head to provide it..

I worked as an agent for more than 20 years and now graduated into International Consultant so agents like you bring teaser to me for them to solve. Anyone who mentioned agent on this forum without evidence is himself or herself an agent.
