The election is between ADC Vs APC. TINUBU is not crushing anyone, don't be deceived, he is the one being crushed. Atiku has the win. No politician in control of his own State has ever lost his State: Zik, Awo, General Yaradua,. Imagine Obi loosing Anambra, that would be an impossibility.
Then you consider that Lagos is in the SW and Obi is from the East.

If atiku was popular he could have won the 2023 election. Worst still, he doesn't need obi if he was popular and influential. He could have inherited buhari's northern votes because Tinubu has no influence in Southern Nigeria.

Grassroot is what wins elections in Nigeria. Obi and NDC don’t have that grassroots in many regions in Nigeria.

Even if people are ready to vote in Obi, across Nigeria, established political parties have grassroots ßûllîès and rigging machineries in place, to outwit NDC.

In many remote villages, no single NDC party agents will be there or found and those are places where established political parties start adding to their ballots.

Obi left too late. How can you be contesting as a president and keep changing political parties every other months?
Those influences he felt were there in 2023 are almost gone.
This Nairaland has enlightened a lot of people and made them see what all the candidates are doing or have done and the impacts.
People ask questions here and they get answers.

For instance, it is form Nairaland that many people know what a country’s external reserve is mainly for. Many people don’t know we have to borrow because we can’t spend the little we make at once.

Obi will struggle, in 2027 election. That’s a fact.
Things are hard in Nigeria. Yes we know but those that will do the magic for established political parties are ready.

They know all Form Numbers from INEC and what they are used for. They know how to manipulate things.

Obi’s camps are camps of people who feel we need a better Nigeria but many of them don’t know intricacies surrounding elections, grassroots mobilizations, election rigging machineries, influencing, coercing, using institutions’ mights and powers, spending BIG (Yaayi and Tinubu’s convoys come to mind).

All Obidients know is online ranting. God knows how many Movements, platforms, sub-platforms, vanguard etc Obidients have created and are active but they are less known outside. They just go their and rant and prove supremacy of knowledge among themselves.

Nigeria’s election is not for the holy ones. That’s the clinical truth. May be it will change tomorrow sha. But today, na wetin dey ground be that.
