Many drivers adjust their side mirrors differently, but only one option gives the correct view and reduces blind spots.

Look carefully at the pictures below.

Which mirror adjustment is correct: A, B, C or D?

Let's hear from experienced drivers, driving instructors, and road safety experts.

C is the correct one.
The bottom edge of ur mirror must align with the handle of the door.

Also while in that position, u must use ur eye to draw a vertical line to divide ur mirror into two parts, when u can see a car behind you at the inner end of the mirrow, it's safe to overtake the car in front of u, when it's at the outer end, don't overtake.

So with those two cars, if u try to overtake the car in front of u, u will collide with the green car cos it's at the outer end

C is the perfect angle to set your side glass. It covers your car rear part as well as those hidden spots as well as the vehicle tailing you behind..... It's absolutely complete when align with the center mirror right inside the car.....

Re: Only Experienced Drivers Will Get This Right. Which Mirror Is Correct? (Photo) by Dtruthspeaker: 7:31pm On Oct 07
The trick is to find the wrongest view as this view here is from the passenger's view. Whereas from the driver's view, the angle would be wrong.

So, B is the correct one because that is the view the driver needs to see the back and side.
