Here is Marriage and Divorce according to Jesus 1. According to Jesus, Marriage is in addition a spiritual union between a man and a woman. Therefore, it is God who joins people together in marriage 2. Divorce is forbidden except in the case of Fornication/Adultery by one of the parties 3. Marrying a divorced man or woman constitutes Adultery against the spouse of the person (except if he is dead) because God did not break the spiritual union 4. There is no marriage or remarrying in heaven. 5. Moses permitted divorce for the children of Israel because of their hard heartedness : BUT it wasn't God's plan for marriage. A married couple according to God should become ONE in essence. Any other acts of any Pastor or Bishop or Church members against this is human flesh at work. Do you need scriptures for eaxh of these? Unlike one religion where if a woman is divorced rashly by the husband thrice, she cannot return until she becomes humiliated again by tasting the orgasm of another man, divorce him , then return to her original rash husband Rashduct4luv:The best example of mankind is the one who doesn't obey the command of his God!? 1. Is it UNTRUE that Safiyya was not treated as a sex slave BUT she was MARRIED by Mohammed thus your claim is invalid 2. She was widowed by you Muslims, thus Qur'an 2:235 “And those of you who die and leave wives behind—the widows shall wait by themselves for four months and ten days. When they reach the end of their waiting period, there is no blame on you for what they decide for themselves in a reasonable manner. And Allah is fully aware of what you do.” 3. The purpose of Iddah is to ensure that offspring of the woman can be traced to the father. Quran 33:5 “Call them by the names of their fathers; that is more just in the sight of Allah. But if you do not know their fathers, then they are your brothers in religion and your close associates. There is no blame on you for what you do by mistake, but only for what your hearts deliberately intend. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.” Otherwise, show me explicitly where marriage with a married slave required no Iddah period. |

Antiiislam:Are you that scare to post the full hadiths Read the report here: Sahih Muslim 1479a on Sunnah.com. What does the hadith say? The narration is reported by ʿUmar ibn al-Khattab (RA), who says that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ temporarily withdrew from his wives. People in the mosque began speculating that he had divorced them. ʿUmar visited ʿA’ishah and Hafsah and then went to see the Prophet ﷺ. He found him living very simply. During their conversation, the Prophet ﷺ clarified that he had not divorced his wives. The report also mentions the revelation of verses concerning the Prophet’s wives, including Qur’an 66:4–5, and discusses the incident in which ʿUmar announced that the Prophet ﷺ had not divorced them 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Christianity ati adan🤣wo |

And the ones who wrote that Your prophet had less than THREE days Iddah period instead of the stipulated three months with Safiyya as stipulated by Allah in the Qur'an: Were your Muslim scholars BLIND till recently that they did NOT know that they have included FABRICATED hadiths in their compilation? Are their contemporary Muslims that hold these Hadiths as true and preach it to their congregation? Do these narratives contradict or corroborate the Qur'an? Again: It is your paradise that has brothels where people buy intimacy 3D men and women. Expanse2020:Every damning report about your prophet is a FABRICATION! A typical case of people who hate the TRUTH! Are you aware that people rooting for a system rarely speak shameful things about their leader except it is very TRUE! Why? They have NOTHING to gain by speaking ill of their beloved Master. To force you to think 1. The compilers of your Hadiths eg. Bukhari, Muslim etc are HIGHLY respected Islamic Scholars. 2. The compilers of your Hadiths are serious Pius Muslims who desire to document truths about your prophet 3. The compilers of your hadiths have filtered off a huge chunk of the hadiths that they consider as fabrications 4. Modern Muslims are now ashamed of some of these cleaned up reports such that ANYTHING they find shameful is deemed weak or fabricated From simple logic 1. The fact that a chain of transmission of a report is broken doesn't make the report false. 2. The fact that a questionable character is in a chain of transmission is not a proof of false report. 3. The fact that a person with a weak memory (except he is a slowpoke) is in a chain of transmission is not a proof of false report. OTHERWISE Apply this same rule to your Hafs Quran. Hafs and his father are Thiefs and Liars YET, their Qur'an is thr Rolls-Royce of Islamic Quran. |

Brother, do not let an enemy of Islam determine what you know about your religion. Paradise, Safiyyah's waiting period, the fabrication of hadiths and Hafs etc. These claims need to be investigated using seriously scholarly and reliable sources, not cherry-picked quotes or emotional arguments. The authentication of a Hadith depends upon critical analysis of the chain of transmission as well as the content; the reputation of a respected compiler or the controversy of a narration does not make it automatically authentic. Hold all claims to the same high standards, ask for proof, and respond with knowledge and dignity. Insults are not needed by truth, nor need faith dread honest scrutiny. Particularly be wary of being drawn into ill intended comedy that may be more consequential than the surface play. |

TenQ:Your eeya is yours jumping in on my advice to my brother not you. Respecting hadith compilers doesn’t make every narration authentic; that’s precisely why Muslim scholars graded chains and narrators. I’m not declaring embarrassment proof of fabrication rather I’m demanding evidence-based grading. If your case is sound, defend each report’s authenticity, not the compilers’ piety. Advice to you is to do this by yourself for your use hopefully you can free yourself from bias and programming. |

Ohyoudidnt:Serious questions were asked but no response only the emotional outbursts like one under the spell of a 419. It is not about having a Bias: it is about what your Religious Literatures say! It would have been unjust if these information were found in Christians or Jewish literatures: BUT no! It would have been unjust if I used Ahmadiyah literatures for you. It would have been unjust if I used Shia literatures for you. BUT I used Sahih Sunni Literatures. They are in Books you Sunni Muslims call Sahih (AUTHENTIC). Only that what you are saying is that your so-called AUTHENTIC BOOKS are actually not Authentic. They contain LIES and Fabrications The Question is HOW did it manage to enter your Sahih collections that you scholars didn't know |

TV01:Unfortunately, the stubbornness that made the fly follow the corpse into the grave wouldn't allow them use reason. They would find excuses from weak Hadiths, to fabricated Hadith, to denying it at all to saying enemies of Islam smuggled it into their books. Anything else but the truth will suffice for them! This is islam! Qur'an 2:230 “So if he divorces her, then she is not lawful to him after that until she marries a husband other than him. Then, if he divorces her, there is no sin/blame upon the two of them that they return to one another, if they think that they will uphold the limits of Allah. And those are the limits of Allah; He makes them clear to a people who know.” Sunan Abu Dawud 2309 The Prophet ﷺ was asked whether a woman divorced three times, then married another man who divorced her before intercourse, could return to the first husband. He replied: “She is not lawful for the first husband until she tastes the honey of the other husband and he tastes her honey.” Sunan al-Nasa’i 3413–3414 Ibn ‘Umar reports the Prophet ﷺ said that if the second husband divorces her before consummation, she cannot return to the first husband “until she tastes his sweetness.” This makes perfect sense to Muslims! |
| Re: Divorce In Islam by Ohyoudidnt: 6:37pm On Oct 15 |
TenQ:Did you ask yourself these questions first and not find answers? Nothing here is denied. The central report concerning the requirement of consummation appears in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, and Muslim scholars have discussed its implications openly for centuries. Quoting a report from a Sunan collection does not establish that a report in a Sahih collection is fabricated. Each narration must be assessed on its own chain of transmission and grading. The point is clear that a mere marriage contract is insufficient. The second marriage must be consummated before the woman can lawfully return to her first husband, if the second marriage subsequently ends and the relevant conditions are met. Qur'an 2:230 restricts the first husband. After a third divorce, he can no longer take his former wife back at will. The verse does not compel her to return to him or authorize him to arrange her next marriage. Any eventual reunion depends on both parties believing they can observe Allah's limits. Nor does this rule endorse a loophole. The hadith tradition condemns the muhallil and the man for whom he acts (Abu Dawud 2076; also reported in al-Tirmidhi, with differences in the chains and gradings of individual narrations). Classical jurists disagree over whether a marriage contracted for tahlil is void or legally valid but sinful. That disagreement does not mean deliberate circumvention is approved by the hadith tradition. The rule has consequences for the woman too, and the texts do not establish that pressure on women never occurs in practice. The point is that the verse does not authorize anyone to compel her to marry another man or return to her former husband. The marriage institution is no joke and neither is divorce. Deuteronomy 24:1–4 prohibits a first husband from taking his former wife back after she has married another man and that marriage has ended. Matthew 19:9 restricts divorce and remarriage, subject to an exception interpreted differently across Christian traditions. These rules are not identical to Qur'an 2:230, but they demonstrate that restrictions on divorce and remarriage are not unique to Islam. If you believe a particular hadith is inauthentic, identify it and provide evidence concerning its chain and grading. If you believe the rule is unjust, explain the moral principle on which you base that judgment. Calling believers flies or 419 answers neither question. Criticize the texts, challenge the reasoning, and present your evidence. But ridicule is not a substitute for argument. The jest you have made here for years should have shown you that except whatever pleasure you derive in it. |
| Re: Divorce In Islam by TenQ: 7:13pm On Oct 15 |
Ohyoudidnt:Quoting Deuteronomy 24:1–4 and Matthew 19:9 shows clearly that the SOURCE of inspiration of the Mohammed is different. What was considered as abomination in the law of Moses is what Mohammed amd his Allah promoted as norm. Allah says: Qur'an 2:230 “So if he divorces her, then she is not lawful to him after that until she marries a husband other than him. Then, if he divorces her, there is no sin/blame upon the two of them that they return to one another, if they think that they will uphold the limits of Allah. And those are the limits of Allah; He makes them clear to a people who know.” Allah says that a divorced woman can only return to her former husband if only she married and gets divorced by her new husband. Even though this is nauseous as it is, it becomes WORSE when 1. We look at the wisdom of Allah in giving this law 2. We look at the oddity of recklessly passing along wives as if they are passing along cups of garri. A man rashly divorced his dutiful and faithful wife Aisha who loves him three times because he thought his wife was cheating only to discover that his suspicion and conclusion was baseless as his wife is very FAITHFUL to him and her marriage. Allah and his prophet said: This Faithful Woman Aisha stands divorced. If she wants her husband back as she has forgiven his shortcomings, she first must marry ANOTHER man. Your prophet said that this Faithful Wife who NEVER once in her life commited Fornication or Adultery must have sex with another man she doesn't want. Not only that, she must have orgasm for the man and the man must have orgasm in her. Her Humiliation becomes DOUBLE! 1. She committed no offence as the offender was the rash husband. 2. Instead of the husband being punished, it was the dutiful and faithful wife Aisha that was punished by Allah and his apostle. 3. She has to experience the Humiliation of having sex with a man she doesn't want, have orgasm for the man THEN divorce the man so that she can return to her former husband. 4. It gets worse if the new husband is impotent as this faithful and dutiful wife Aisha is TRAPPED perpetually in a loveless and sexless marriage Her solution would be to divorce this man, marry another man, repeat the sexual humiliation AND make sure both of them have orgasm for each other. Sunan Abu Dawud 2309 The Prophet ﷺ was asked whether a woman divorced three times, then married another man who divorced her before intercourse, could return to the first husband. He replied: “She is not lawful for the first husband until she tastes the honey of the other husband and he tastes her honey.” Sunan al-Nasa’i 3413–3414 Ibn ‘Umar reports the Prophet ﷺ said that if the second husband divorces her before consummation, she cannot return to the first husband “until she tastes his sweetness.” 1. Tell me, what is the MORALITY, LOGIC and SENSE of this Law of Allah and his Prophet? 2. Why is the Faithful and Dutiful wife suffering for the rashness of her husband? |
| Re: Divorce In Islam by Ohyoudidnt: 9:34pm On Oct 15 |
TenQ:I accept that Deut 24:4 and 2:230 give different rules. Whether that proves a different source is another matter, and your own Jesus post answers it. You say Moses permitted divorce because of hard hearts and that it was not God's plan, and Matthew 19:8 says the same. So you hold that one God gave Moses a concession and Jesus the original, and those two rules differ. If a difference of rules proves a different source, Moses and Jesus have different sources, and you have disproved your own Bible. If it does not, your claim is gone. Second, Deut 24:4 sits inside Deut 24:1-4, the law you call a concession, so you cannot treat it as God's pure verdict on what He finds abominable. In Matthew 19 Jesus never cites it, he goes back to Genesis. Third, your church says Jesus fulfilled and superseded Moses, and Muslims say the Qur'an does the same to earlier scripture. Identical structure cannot be doctrine in one case and fraud in the other. Finally, no text orders the divorced woman to marry anyone, and orgasm is not in the report, only consummation, while your rule 3 binds the rash husband's wife to him for life. Name one hadith you consider weak, and the moral principle you judge by. |

| Re: Divorce In Islam by TenQ: 10:09pm On Oct 15 |
Ohyoudidnt:Nope! Jesus said: It was Moses who gave the law of Divorce NOT God. And Jesus stated EXACTLY the will of God for Marriage. Get it right. I never said God gave Moses ANY concession. Ohyoudidnt:If Jesus is God as claimed by the Scriptures and Christians, your claim of the Quran doing the same is a fallacy! Ohyoudidnt:No problem! The woman is not obligated to remarry. 1. Can she lawfully have sex if she feels like it now that she is without a husband? 2. The woman still becomes WITHOUT a husband due to no fault of hers and not because of her choice or volition. It seems Allah and his prophet has ZERO protection for her. The Question remain about the Wisdom of Allah and his Prophet 1. Tell me, what is the MORALITY, LOGIC and SENSE of this Law of Allah and his Prophet? 2. Why is the Faithful and Dutiful wife suffering for the rashness of her husband? |

| Re: Divorce In Islam by Ohyoudidnt: 6:34am On Oct 16 |
TenQ:You still haven't answered the central question. Jesus said Moses permitted divorce because of hardness of heart (Matthew 19:8 ). He never said not God. That part is your addition, so show the verse. In Mark 10:5 Jesus says Moses wrote that precept, and in Mark 7:10 and Matthew 15:4 he treats Moses said and God commanded as the same thing. Now follow your claim through. If the divorce law in Deut 24:1-4 is Moses' and not God's, then the abomination in 24:4 is Moses' verdict too, and Islam cannot be promoting what God abhors. If it is God's, your God wrote a rule He did not intend. Which verse draws the line? On morality, apply the principle I stated: a rule is unjust when it restricts freedom, dignity or a lawful future because of another person's act. 2:230 restricts reunion with the first husband and does not bar her from marrying another man. Your rule 3, that marrying a divorced person is adultery, restricts every marriage she could make, and the rash husband's innocent wife stays bound to him with no ground. That rule is yours. On hadith, reports are judged one by one, so name the one you think is weak and give your evidence. Readers can judge who answered and who repeated conclusions |
| Re: Divorce In Islam by TenQ: 8:23am On Oct 16 |
Ohyoudidnt:Somehow instead of Jesus said MOSES permitted divorce! WHAT you have READ is Jesus said GOD permitted divorce! Is MOSES and GOD synonymous? It just shows how BIASED and OBSTINATE you made yourself Ohyoudidnt:No sir. Jesus went before the TIME of Moses to show WHAT GOD DESIGNED FOR MARRIAGE. Mat 19:8: "He said to them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so." Jesus said: "FROM THE BEGINNING IT WAS NOT SO" Was Moses in the Beginning? I can understand that this is exactly how you read the Qur'an. You usually choose to leave what Allah says for what you want Allah to say. SMH! Ohyoudidnt:Unfortunately, Moses stated that this oddity of Remarrying a woman who had been passed around by the old husband is an ABOMINATION to God and NOT an Abomination to Moses. Deu 24:4: "Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and you shall not cause the land to sin, which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance." Moses said: 1. It is an ABOMINATION to God 2. It is a SIN So, the second part of Mose's is God's! Mohammed is committing an ABOMINABLE and a SIN Ohyoudidnt:Using your law of Morality, you will see that using the rule of Allah and your rule of morality you stated, The Rashly Divorced Woman in Islam is UNJUSTLY Treated. You said: a rule is unjust when it restricts freedom, dignity or a lawful future because of another person's act. 1. This woman was Divorced against her will and she cannot do anything about it UNLESS she married someone else (also against her will) 2. This dutiful and faithful wife has to have an orgasm for someone other than the husband she truly want as her husband. 3. Her freedom, dignity and future is compromised because of the LAW of Allah and his Prophet. Complete Injustice according to the best of Allah and Mohammed's ruling Ohyoudidnt:1. Sorry, it is NOT my rule, it was JESUS's Rule 2. We have no such rules of divorce in Christianity Mat 5:32: "But I say to you, That whoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery: and whoever shall marry her that is divorced commits adultery." Mat 19:9: "And I say to you, Whoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, commits adultery: and whoever marries her which is put away does commit adultery." Prophet Malachi corroborated it Malachi 2:16: "“For I hate divorce!” says the LORD, the God of Israel. “To divorce your wife is to overwhelm her with cruelty, ” says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies. “So guard your heart; do not be unfaithful to your wife.”" The God of Israel hates divorce BIT Allah and his Messenger are promoting SIN and ABOMINATIONS with respect of tasting the juice of multiple husbands. All these to escape answering my Questions!? The Question remain about the Wisdom of Allah and his Prophet 1. Tell me, what is the MORALITY, LOGIC and SENSE of this Law of Allah and his Prophet? 2. Why is the Faithful and Dutiful wife suffering for the rashness of her husband? |
| Re: Divorce In Islam by Ohyoudidnt: 9:11am On Oct 16 |
TenQ:You credit the divorce law to Moses, not God, then prove 24:4 is God's because it says abomination before the LORD. But your own post says Moses stated it. That phrase is Moses' claim about God, made in the same passage as the permission you call only his. Either Moses' statements about God are reliable, and then 24:2 carries the same standing, or they aren't, and you have no divine verdict to set against 2:230. Your Matthew 5:32 also calls the marriage 24:2 allows adultery, so you are sorting verses by your reading of Jesus, not by anything the text says. A few things are still open from earlier, whenever you get to them: whether the wife put away without fornication may lawfully remarry under the verses you posted, the text saying consummation and not orgasm, and which hadith you consider weak. I'm happy to take them in whatever order suits you. |
