This is so disheartening, as a Medical laboratory scientist, please always be at alert.. Normally patients are not even supposed to see the Laboratory scientist.. Because they are the oracle of modern medicine, they are always supposed to be inside inside, doing service to ungrateful humanity/ Nigerians.. Before you see a laboratory scientist in those days, you'd have to pass through atleast five doors, and it has to be very important.. Because u just don't see an oracle, u seek for permission to consult an oracle |

FMC Abeokuta is the worst FMC in Nigeria. The doctors are medical staff there are the meanest kind of human beings on earth. My mother was a victim of their mean attitude. I'd rather go to a native doctor than to go there. |

It's not just FMCs, most Government healthcare institutions in Nigeria are shit"y in all aspects of service delivery. Even manyprivate hospitals are not left out. I absolutely do not support the stabbing incident but if you have experienced the inhumanity of these useless professionals, you will understand that there is just thing line between maintaining you cool and going overboard. My wife lost a pregnancy we've waited 7 years for at a General hospital due to useless bureaucracies. Go here, go there, do these tests, come back next week, com back for another round, Next week, you will pick a date for appointment with doctor etc. At the end, if they had done their job at first, they would have detected an anomaly and most likely, remedy the situation. I was so mad that I gently drove away cuz I was shaking in anger and felt like hitting that woman who felt no compassion with an iron rod Show101: |

Sensiblerealist:Sorry about that. I must say that three things in Nigeria that must not happen to you: 1. Police wahala 2. Having to be admitted in Nigeria hospital, whether government or private. 3. Insecurity May God not allow us to be victims of human error and wickedness |

If the allegations are true, those responsible should face the law, regardless of their position. The authorities must investigate the matter fairly, present the evidence, and ensure justice is served. Nobody should be above the law, but due process must also be respected. |

Health practitioners have been putting their life on the line everyday for Nigerians and their efforts must not be taken granted. Hence, it's high time the health system is designed in such a way that the health practitioners are protected and any aggrieved patients or their relatives should also have an avenue to report their grievances. |

The patient relative that stable the lab tech no try at all and should be made to face the law But then govt can do well by trying to sensitize the people working at the hospital most expecially FMC Abeokut as 99.9% of them are so heartless, useless, rude and unreasonable as it will take only patient and good up bringing not to fight with the lab technician at FMC abeokuta, they are Satan and government should punished both the victim and that of the suspect accordilly and should not over look his deep simply because he's now s victim. I stop going to that office because of how they treat people like they are no body. Just imagine you are to run a test at their lab,you got there and you are keep on sit for more than 2hrs without been attended too while the patient in need of the test is dying and becoming so weak ,I wish I can drop a voice note to gives details .. At times, I pray that evils befall them,God should forgive me on that, they instruments of devil's Estello: |

Sensiblerealist:If you were an American, you'd have shot whoever was responsible. It might probably get to that level in Nigeria too because these so called professionals are so rude, arrogant and condescending. No empathy, no love. Just poker faced inhumanity. |
