A shocking video showing suspected terrorists playing with medical equipment inside an abandoned hospital somewhere in northern Nigeria has sparked reactions online.

In the video, one of the men is seen standing on a machine that appears to be an ultrasound scanner while holding a gun over his shoulder. Another man pushes him around as though they were children playing on a skateboard. Meanwhile, a loud voice can be heard in the background shouting, “Allahu Akbar,” as the men appear to enjoy themselves inside the abandoned facility.

The video has sparked conversations online about the state of security in northern Nigeria and the country as a whole.
