AndSunGorilla:No be today you be Back & Front Cutlass, na who nor know your type your foolery go surprise 😮. And Yes it paid off, they gave what they have and can’t give more than that… As if you expected Nigeria to win this game before. I didn’t see them winning yesterday but they put on a perfect game to hurt Korea The North Koreans weren't very sharp in their passing yesterday, and the flamingoes intercepted passes and won duels that they turned into quick counterattacks into open space, which Korea struggled a lot to defend |

daveP:The most nigerian woso thing to happen after this kind of performance is Nigeria 🇳🇬 crashing out in the very next stage For reference - the u20s vs Colombia - edo queens 2024 -super falcons 2023 Hopefully their case will be different 🙏🙏 |

| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AndSunGorilla: 12:12pm On Oct 24 |
Schemerkhiz:Yes o, make I no lie, I thought it was finished!!! But kudos to you, you still expressed hope that we could go through, you are a good man. Why you talk foolery, I don't consider the initial post I quoted as foolish talk at all. Abi in hindsight you think it is? |

Ghana almost sneaking in, would they hold on? |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AndSunGorilla: 5:54pm On Oct 24 |
Ghana through in style, beating Canada 2.0. They managed the last minutes well. They didn't even allow Canada to get the ball and they finished off in style!!!! |

AndSunGorilla:Ghana plays Argentina in the next round |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AndSunGorilla: 8:29pm On Oct 24*. Modified: 4:02pm On Oct 25 |
solonnachi:We can't impose the pedigree of the Argentinian male team on their female teams. Infact their female football us just picking up. For a fact, Brazil and Canada have better pedigree than Argentina in female football and Ghana drew with Brazil and whipped Canada. In summary the game is up for grabs. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by ekehopp2: 8:51pm On Oct 24 |
AndSunGorilla:Morocco about to qualify as one of best 3rd place teams. As they top Venezuela and Canada who also took third. So 3 African teams through: Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco. Zambia go home, and Kenya all but heading same way tomorrow. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AndSunGorilla: 9:24pm On Oct 24 |
ekehopp2:We play the 2nd placed tesm in Group F. My prediction is Australia or Mexico. I don't see Chile beating Spain. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by solonnachi: 2:17pm On Oct 25 |
AndSunGorilla:But with how Argentina walloped Morocco 5-1, Ghana should be extra careful. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AndSunGorilla: 5:44pm On Oct 25 |
AndSunGorilla:We play Mexico. Me, am managing my expectations. Canada eventually going through. 3 African teams in d 2nd round. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by ekehopp2: 6:40pm On Oct 25 |
ekehopp2:Nigeria vs Mexico it is. Let our girls stay humble and hungry sha. My bad, apologies. Kenya can actually go through as top 4 3rd place if they beat Samoa by at least a 4 goal margin to bring their goal difference to -4 better than Canada's. Samoa's goal difference is currently −24 with no goals scored, so it's possible. Good luck, let's make it 4 African teams. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AndSunGorilla: 6:51pm On Oct 25 |
ekehopp2:You are absolutely right, Kenya can still go through. To the one that concerns me, our game against Mexico is for any of the sides to win. We should avoid unnecessary red cards like the U21 did and play with hunger. If we win, fantastic and if we don't, it's not the end of the world. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by ekehopp2: 8:30pm On Oct 25 |
ekehopp2:71st minute. currently 4-0. Kenya are through as it stands. Canada would be pissed as f*ck. ![]() |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AndSunGorilla: 9:04pm On Oct 25 |
ekehopp2:Ghana did them dirty with the 2-0 victory. Infact, Ghana were even trying to add more. |

| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Schemerkhiz: 12:26pm On Oct 26 |
Is there any crime in Hiring a proper coach for the SuperFalcons? We need stability with this teams, the next FIFA Window is coming up this would have been a great opportunity for a new Coach to assess the players available and build the team against the next major game! Those guys in the glasshouse are the most useless set of bodies to set foot on Nigeria football. They see our football as a political office reward |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Schemerkhiz: 12:27pm On Oct 26 |
I guess Shukurat Oladipo and Blessing Demehin are favorites at Center Back for the SuperFalcons for now… I would love to see a Proper competition for that Center Back Position. No one should be comfortable… And I hope a Beast type of a Center Back will arrive from nowhere as well 😂😂😂 • Blessing Demehin — SL Benfica, 24yrs 🇵🇹 • Shukurat Oladipo — AS Roma, 22yrs 🇮🇹 • Chidinma Okeke — Napoli, 26yrs 🇮🇹 • Maureen Umeugochukwu — US Saint Malo 25yrs 🇫🇷 • Valentina Uroko — Edo Queens, 22yrs 🇳🇬 • Rebecca Adegbemile — Edo Queens, 18yrs 🇳🇬

Schemerkhiz:Seems Ucheibe is in the mix somewhat too, yes we know she's more of a midfielder. And Ashleigh might still be around for another 2 years at least. Please remove that Maureen abeg. |
