I would also gladly pick Nagelsmann over Howe. He seems to be okay tactically and also appears to have a strong personality - combinational traits that would be critical to our resurgence.

In a nutshell, I am fine with either Nagelsmann or Conte.

Even if we manage to get Naggelsman or any other exciting coach, I still won't get my hopes up. They'll soon find out that coaching this club is a different thing entirely and it could go south very quickly. They will need to ride the tide and it will be very stormy. They will need to push a couple of fan favorites out and it may cause another thing

The surgery has to be very strategic. We can't buy players for one system and the next month or year, the system is changing and the players are struggling. This is one of the problems we're facing.

carrick must go because he's giving us relegation results, but the ceiling of this team itself is 4-7 in the table
this is not a title chasing team
this is not a ucl sf team
