Other clubs don’t shout players players players whenever their teams are not doing well. They sack managers and hire other ones while continuing to make player additions. Only very few clubs have overhauled their full squad in one season. It won’t happen, that’s how it works.

The club needs to be ruthless with players the same way you want it to be ruthless with the coach. Most of these guys should not be here again if we're being sincere.

Secondly the current squad is much better than our current display and results. There needs to be some discipline in the squad and that should start with banning players that act nonchalant or loose their man for no reason on the field. There has to be real consequences for those that fail to do their job at this time. The club has to be very ruthless at this point.

Lastly the process of hiring the next manager is more important than sacking the current one, or we will be here in 12 months time again
