Hello NL, Please I need an idea of what it will cost to run a good school in the west. Please note that the estimate should start from the cost of land at an average price to cost of building a storey building, table and chairs, computers and other infrastructures needed to run a good school. Your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks |

Get a Quantity Surveyor to help you out. Mind you, taste and location are major determinants. Best luck!! |

It differs from State to State, as regulations differ, Urban schools are easy to market but expensive as per capital budget rural schools have access to cheap land. It also vary with the levels i.e a Nursery school may not require more than 5 classrooms for approval, a primary school may require as much as 10, a basic school would require more, while a secondary school woul require laboratories workshops etc A day school will also require less infrastructure than a Boarding School So, it may be easier to get advice if you properly define your desire Regards ![]() |
