Thanks for your advice and criticism. It certainly would go a long way when/if I consider writing as a career.

Right now, I consider myself an entertainer; and I write for the sole purpose of entertainment; I write for my fans, not the intellectual professionals you mentioned.

I bet you, if I stay glued on my laptop for hours just to edit an episode of my work, it will turn out perfect, more like a professional's work. I don't do that because most times, I update 3 - 4 times per day; before work, and after work.

Sorry for the delay in update, got stuffs I was busy with. I knew I would actually be busy today, that's why I did 4 uploads yesterday.

I could tell she was shocked and surprised to see me come out from the inner room she was pleading for.
When the attendant informed me of her request, I had told her to give me some minutes to get ready and leave the room. She too was surprised. Maybe she had expected me to flair up or protest bitterly. She had stayed back for some extra minutes, maybe expecting me to change my mind but had to leave when she noticed I was serious.

As I walked to the main restaurant, I spotted her and looked at her direction as I walked past her. She almost froze when she saw me, I smiled, waved at them and left the restaurant.

I occupied my mind all through the evening. There were lots of activities going on. The first semi final of the football competition was about to start. It was to be played between platoon 3 and platoon 5. The same platoon 5 we defeated through penalties still managed to make it through as best losers of the quarter final stage. After three platoons had qualified, they had to pick another best loser to complete us four at the semis. Sanni was furious when he learnt we have been grouped against platoon 10 for semis. They were obviously the best team at the camp.

With the football going on, the volleyball still on-going, I went to watch my platoon's dance group as they practised for their own semi final. Sonia had insisted that I come and watch them and I obliged.

They performed with so much energy as Sonia led them, teaching and making corrections where necessary.
After the performance, I hanged out with sonia. We talked about a lot of things, her interest and hobbies, family background and lots more.
I wasn't too comfortable discussing her married life as I loved to pretend she wasn't actually married. She looked too young and vibrant to be devoted to just one man.
But one talk led to another, and the topic of hussy emanated.

"My husband stays at the states." She said. "We have not done the white wedding, just the traditional stuffs."

"What's keeping you from having the white wedding." I asked.

"He needs to be present." She said. "He was not present during the traditional marriage, his younger brother represented him. And he still wants the same thing to happen at the white wedding, but I refused."

"How long have you guys been married?" I asked.

"I've only seen him once. We communicate mostly on phone and e-mails. He came back during the official introduction, and since then, its been his brother that has been standing in his place."

She paused and I waited patiently as she continued to narrate the story of what quite a good number of girls today are passing through. It sounded similar to that of my aunt, who got married to an overseas husband and waited for years to join her husband abroad to no avail. We started hearing rumours that the man was already married and just wanted to use my aunt as a home wife.

Her story had similar pattern.

"I'm kind of nervous for tonight." She announced after the long talk. I never thought she'd be nervous judging from the display she put on during the rehearsals.

"There are ways I could make you relax." I said smiling.

"What do you have in mind?" She asked.

"Good sex! Tonic for the soul." I answered still smiling.

"Mr. Smith, you have to get a good scene for this particular act." She replied, "when you find a perfect scene, then you can invite me on stage."

Finding the perfect scene wasn't going to be a problem for me. . .

There was just one perfect scene for this act. . .

Later that night, I watched the dance and drama competition at the venue with wangu. My platoon had earlier lost out of the drama competition, so we just participated in the dance.

"You still haven't told me why you're acting strange to me." Wangu said to me after the little show performed by Indomie noddles to entertain the crowd before the main event.
She was so eager to know why I was acting cold towards her.

I assured her there was nothing bordering me and I was cool. She insisted and complained that I stopped being romantic with her, especially after I called him that evening and she couldn't come.

"I had something planned for us that evening." I lied, she was pushing it, so I had to spring up a defence.

"Really? What was it?" She asked.

"I had a perfect place for us to let lose those hanging sp'e'rm's." I said to her and she smiled.

"So where is it?" She asked.

"Its a secret, I will share it with you when you're good to go." I replied.

She breathed a sigh of relieve and leaned her head on my shoulders. Then after some time, she whispered into my ears. . .

"I'm good to go.". . .
