People let's think of it this way, if your sister is double dating and miss her time for marriage because she feels she is having fun, who is to be blamed? Let advice our generation to stop this act. There's always a man for very woman. Once committed please stay that way. You make your partner what he/she is.

Lets be true to our Concience, Dating is bad morally especially when SEX is inclusive but if you must date then Maximise. For me there is no crime in double dating just be true to Yourself so long as you know where you are headed and most of all Keep your DUREX handy.

Most of us say Double dating is wrong yet date more than 2.

Most of us date just one guy but sleep with many more cos, "he's a nice guy, he's so cute,, did you see those kegs, damn she was in my room and there was nothing i could do, etc. Where do we classify these category.

Anyway i used to Tripple date but,

double dating second name is hatred,except the male or female involved do it for materialism.beside,is no love.

Everything has a price.  Just be ready to deal with the consequences that's all!

One week, you date Jane/John Doe.

Next week, you date Mary/Matthew Doe.

then the next week, you date Jane/John Doe.

Then Valentine Day comes up, who will you treat with? Jane/John Doe? or Mary/Matthew Doe?

I think it is right to have more than one girlfriend, especially if you have no intention of getting married with any of them.

Why should you allow someone who's going to sump you sooner or later to suck up all your attention and prevent you from starting a relationship with someone else, whom you may actually marry and have children with?

Its not proper to double date, it has to be one at a time
That will help the 2 involved to really consentrate and get the best out of the relationship

My opinion thus comes in 2 folds:

First: You can't eat your cake and have it (unless you're a pro, in that case, sooner or later, ).

Secondly: The issue of double dating, especially in our society today,has come as default.
Look at it this way: There was a girl i met and cherished, but as the friendship mutually grew into something more 'strong',i found out that she had a boyfriend
Was i happy?NO. But more importantly, why did she give me the green light?granted,i didn't want to be a second fiddle,but she pleaded with me to stay.when asked that she has to chose between me and him,she dodged the question many times.i left,

Nobody wants to be at the negative receiving end of double dating, but the positive end is too alluring to ignore. But as with most things in life, it takes at least two to tangle. For crying out loud, its a relationship. A RELATIONSHIP. Its not marriage (Even if it could end up in one, but until then).A friend of mine waited for a girl's boyfriend to 'misbehave', and the girl was his.Is that fair?How would i know?But one thing's certain, for that to happen means she must have fallen out of love.An opportunity presented itself and the rest is history. So what can one infer from all this? Its so simple.

People are not sincere. Simple.

Think about it. There are many horrible things concerning relationships that can be avioded if one is sincere with his/her self. And the effects of double dating is one of them.

But of course, we don't live in Disney land. As for me, i don't have the strength, and will use whatever remaining i have to find someone i won't have to worry over my back if she's "finding her needs elsewhere"

In every relationship there are rules if we agree to be committed to each other then double dating is wrong cos we agreed. But in cases we agree to "let da relationship grow" it invariably means dat we checking each other out with an underlying tone dat we r both free to check other pple out. In dat case double dating cannot be wrong.

I hv met girls who tell me i just want to date u, i dont want 2 end up with u, should i then be commited to such person i ask?

The wrong thing here is to give d person d impression dat he/she is ur all in all n decieved dem by double dating otherwise until we hold hands i say "i do" dat option is always open.

do u know dat da power to say no was given to d women.
And that a consensual relationship can only exist only if da parties involved agreed.
Hv u eva stop to ponder on da fact dat if all single women will say no to married men, and married women will will say no to infidelity dat all men will be faithful _{even da single guys}

i am a victim of double datin. my boyfriend has two of us. i was angry findin out i called it quits but its difficult cos i miss him so much. i think it wld be silly of me to know such and still hang on. guys taht do dat dat are selfish eatin their cake and havin it. it so hard to find sincere guys now.

Well! Ladies and Gentlemen,after reading what many of you wrote, I really wonder (to those who said it is right to double-date), if your partner double-date and you caught him/her doing it will you be happy?
We are humans,agreed but at the same time,lets be satisfy with what we have.But in a situation whereby you know you can't do with one partner, let her first that she is not the only one you are dating,if she still want to go on with you,fine.
They say "What is good for the geese is also good for the gander". So, food for thought.
My conclusion is that Double Dating is Bad.
