every business have its risk but when all these risks are factored into the equations and ways of mitigating those risks are carefully considered,then the sky is just the beginning.

Thats why you need close monitoring and supervision during the time of harvesting.
The issue of bird eating the entire bunch mean that you leave it for a long time for.it to.overipe before harvesting.
Give your bunch a close supervision next time

morethan 150 eggs at a time in one clutch?
It’s also the livestock that requires less
stress in breeding them. You can buy a
baby snail for less than N30 and make more
than N200 as profit on such snail when it
reaches table size.
The prolific aspect is that you can decide to
breed 4 snails and before a year runs out
you will have more than a thousand snails
in your snail farm. Though their is a kind of
spechie that produce this amount of eggs
at a time twice in a year. It is called Achtina
achatina, capable of producing 300 eggs in
a clutch.
If you can produce at least 30, 000 snails
that sells @N50 each (whole sale price)
table size you will be making N1,500,000 in
one season.
Snail also does not require money to buy
their foods as it is naturally available.

Your analysis is faulty who will sell Banana Sucker for N50 and plant one N15 naira that sound more like you are internet farmer

My man take it easy now may be 50naira was the price when he posted it. Even at that he is not far from the price it depend on on your pricing ability l bought recently from IITA Ibadan the price is just a fraction higher and digging and planting depends on the location of your farm,availability of labourers and your bargaining ability. I am currently digging and planting about 3,400suckers at 15naira each.

I would have been hard on you but looking at your profile,i discover that you are a neophyte in agribusiness, the reason for my explanation below:
Technology industry is quite different from agribusiness
Procuring Seeds are always expensive compare to the cost of seed planting
having said that,i will give instances that might probably help you in understanding agribusiness.


starting with corn

1 hectare of corn seeds is about N5,000 while seed planting either using labour or planter cost 3,000

oil palm

1 seedling of oil palm cost N250 while planting it cost N100

cassava
1 hectare of cassava stems cost about N24,000 @ about N400/bundle ( you need about 60 bundles per hectare)
while cassava planting is about 7000 - 8000 naira per hectare.

I can go on and on with major crops.

if with this,you are still doubtful (although I am not here to convince you),
