You wanted to say 'where are you?'  you almost got it

'Ebe ka I no' is right not 'ebe ka I bu'  'I' stands for 'you' If we had the Nigerian keyboard I would show you the tone markings that would help you do the pronounciations.

'Agaba123 I bu anu Ohia' means 'agaba123 you are an animal'
