yes it will
you did not meet the minimum language requirements
maybe look for a school that doesn't require it, though I haven't come across any, but I have heard people talk about such here

I will answer for you.
bcie always ticks assessment level 3.
its their default
when I parleyed with them, I went to no end to explain svp to them, but nothing you say ever makes sense to those mofos, they insist on doing things their own way and that is level 3.
well I went and did it myself, svp and the rest is history.

shocked embarassed cry wow that's bad tho... But I guess it's the companies procedure. But in my case right now is there still hope? Why would the guy call me and tell me he thinks I've applied to some other country before?

The question is why is he lead to believe that u have applied to another country Even if u have, the form asks if u have been refused on character grounds. I really don't think its a problem persay. Its good u stood ur ground. E no dey good to change story. It affects credibility. Just hang in there. If u haven't applied to another. Country u shud not be worried as he will have to display evidence to the team lead to discredit u. Either the guy just no like ur name or I'm smoke blaze. Anyhow sha u no get shakings.

E go pure just relax. The house will be waiting for ur testimony.

I don't think you followed my post.
I said it seems there are schools that do not require ielts, find out which ones and apply.
I cannot help you with that information cos I don't know any per say but I have heard it mentioned severally on this thread that such schools exist.
But if any school sets an ielts score of 6.5 and you have 6.0, its clear you will not be admitted by that particular school na isn't it?

@Malkinburg,
Regarding ur comment on payment with FORM A,which bank did the bidding for u? I paid for my fees & OSHC via FORM A with First Bank and there was nothing like that. The lady at the transfer section told me my transaction wld be done @148 per AUD when the exchange rate then was 155 & I was excited. But when the debit alert on my a/c came, I saw the transaction was done in USD @ 163. I contacted her, & I was told the bank cldnt convert directly to AUD at the time. it had to go from NAIRA -USD then to AUD.
P.S the transaction was done at the bank's head quarters, the lady just gathers the documents & send.

Hello cherries. Am sure of what I said earlier. I cud forward the swift copy of my telegraphic transfer and u will see for yourself. I also worked in a bank and I am well aware of their gimmicks. That's why I warned earlier that u must insist they bid on ur behalf. Ur entitled to that. By the way ur transfer was done at the prevailing interbank rate not CBN rate.

*the truth is when u walk into the banking hall as a jjc and say u want to buy dollar for school fees the bank will do its best to sell at interbank rate for u just so dey pocket the spread of 4 or 5 naira. Question is Why will they buy for themselves at CBN and sell to u at the same rate Lemme guess u over funded your account and the officer at the funds transfer desk just did it @ whatever bloody rate he/she felt. Then next thing they hit u with the alert. Trick is to fund the exact amount so that doesn't happen.

Yes banks don't convert to aud. They cant. They can also send the equivalent of the aud in USD to the school. What i meant was at the end of the day, when the school receives the USD. You will have achieved a conversion rate of 138 to 140. If u still don't believe me ask ur banking friends when u have bought them beer they will sing this same song.

I used gtbank. But I believe all other commercial banks can bid for dolls from CBN be it FORM A (invisible transactions) or FORM M (visible transactions)

I hope this helps

@Malkinburg,

I didnt involve my bank friends I'm concealing my plans from alot of ppl. lol
U didnt get me right, I dont doubt u. I later learnt d transfer officer wasnt really verse with d procedure. As I pointed out earlier, she sent the docs to the head qrts she didnt do the transfer herself. also, my a/c wasnt over credited, I had to pay in extra money for the transaction to be completed else it will be cancelled. I queried on why the USD conversion was done @ 163 since CBN rate was 155 then & her response was that they bought at 155 & cant sell at same price.
n'way, I guess GTB operates differently from FBN. I will enquire abt it from Zenith.
Thanks

I understand you but I'm recommending Firstbank and GTB bank mastercard and Zenith too( BUT NOT WITH ANY HOW BANK MASTERCARD, I HAD A FRIEND THAT CAME WITH S********BANK CARD AND IT DIDNT WORK HERE) if you want to withdraw your money from Nigeria bank here because those bank's mastercard works perfectly well here. I don't have GTB acct anyway; I used Firstbank mastercard to withdraw all my money and deposited it into Commonwealth bank..and the ATM charge was just $2o3 per withdrawal.
Changing USD to AUD here doesn't make sense...I was charged arnd AUD12 for one fee like that at the airport and the exchange rate is ridiculous.

why did u conceal the name of the bank? I think it's good u reveal the name of the bank incase there is anyone who intends using the bank's card so he/she cld relay d info to the bank. I also learnt that before one travels out, the bank that issued the card shld be informed so card user wld knw the default a/c the card is on because if the appropriate a/c type is not specified on the ATM machine, no withdrawals can be done. From the info I got, u can buy AUD with naira at Sydney airport so, why buy USD here?
Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Zenkel(m): 11:36am On Oct 04, 2014
@cherries1, The answer to your question is Skye bank Mastercard.
Concerning the posibility of changing NAIRA TO AUD at Sydney airport, I don't know and I haven't heard of anyone that did so. You can try it, anyway.

Go to Zankli with a copy of your international passport, passport picture and the e medical form sent to you. I guess you received one as an attachment.

Go upstairs in Zankli and see the young lady there. It should cost about 30k. Better to go in the morning around 8-9am

Thanks bro, the only attachment to the mail I got was the "health examination list" is it the same as the medical form? Cause there's no place for me to fill anything.. Kindly find below the first paragraph of the list. Thanks

"This list identifies all of the applicants who have made a combined visa application,
who are required to undergo health examinations, to ensure they meet the health requirement for an Australian 573 - HIGHER EDUCATION SECTOR visa.
The required health examinations are listed against each applicant below.
Please make sure that you read this document and provide it to the clinic undertaking your health examinations."

No CO yet. Back in May, applicants were getting CO in one month, 5 weeks max. But they had a backlog towards the end of the financial year, so right now, it's applicants from July that are getting CO and grants. So I still have to wait a bit...

The 3mths is real. So far, if no security checks or medical problems, most applicants are getting grants in 2 1/2mths.

You can actually remove him and deal with them directly.
