Pls would you mind educating us on STATISTICS cos i applied for COMPUTER SCIENCE N THEY GAVE ME STATISTICS. I just hope i'll get to like that course cos right now i dont like it but av got no other option but to try n love it which is kinda hard for me now.

Funny enough, most young people that want to study computer science today are all inspired by the achievement of these drop-outs.
Lack of passion for Stats? Come on, have a rethink.
Stats is now playing an increasingly important role in nearly all spheres of human life. As the saying goes, statistics cut across all disciplines. And this is evident as the world is becoming more and more quantitative and data-focused.
Many professions depend on numerical measurements to make decision in the face of uncertainty. Using statistics, many businesses make projections from small samples to larger processes
-for example: forecasting sales in business; predicting the effectiveness of new drugs; determining insurance rates.
Or, could your apathy for Stats be as a result of lack of job prospects for statisticians? if yes, then that reason is null and void.
Statisticians use quantitative abilities, statistical knowledge, and communication skills to work on many challenging problems which I implore you to find out using any of those privacy minded search engines out there (particularly, DuckDuckGo(DDG),"The search engine that doesn't track you" ). But if you're comfortable using Google, good luck then.
Again, Jobs abound for statisticians just develop the much needed passion for the course.
I could have gone on and on, but the fear of being e-executed in absentia for my usual lengthy trash overwhelms me.

Thanks so much boss. I've downloaded piece and it was really was really enlightening. Sincerely though, saving lives surgically (neurosurgically) is my lifelong dream and MBBS is just a preliminary step.
