I'm also in your shoes but I scanned my result and citizenship certificate with a scanner, I reduced the size with Microsoft Office Manager. Try checking the properties of the documents if it is below 100KB after reducing, If it is below then you are good to go. I bought e-facility card for the part of the jamb. These are the things I did I don't know if am inline
Have you gotten any reply as to how you should go about it?
