Don't know about dancers, but I had worked in movie industry in late 90s.. From my exprience, most girls without major speaking role were either sleeping or trying to sleep with PAs and production crew, but girls with major speaking roles weren't sleeping around just like popular female actresses were respected in the industry. It goes this way, if are u desperate and don't have much to offer, you will be sleeping around, but a few of the popular ones slept their way thru.
