State of origin? It is local govt attestation. Whoever is travelling down to Ekiti on 20th and not from Ekiti should try and collect it to save yourself the stress of travelling back. Collect your local govt attestation, Date of birth, a refree reference letter(some collect this in school from various fellowships though

yes but since I won't be able to make it to school before 20th then I'll have to do it after 20th...the clearance will still be issued till registration closes(I think)

Actually, I made a promise to someone I respect so much. A father figure who is astute academically and devout religiously (the latter is more of comic relief). I told him if I get MBBS in EKSU, regardless of whatever outcomes the others brought forth, I'd come back to EKSU. My word is my bind.
