Guys, please help me out on how to setup irib channels? I mean, i need the channels. My srt 4669xii decoder doesn't add symbol rate when trying to input a new tp. Help me out.

U people should stop dis agument pls. 4940 and 4950 are higher than 4922A. I have read people's comment here saying their 4922A cannot open some channels while those channels are opening freely on the aforementioned decoders. Examples are SS3HD, fox sport and some other Hd channels.

Mine is not even upon to 70% but it is working freely even with the dollar sign. I will advise you to check the tp of the fox sport u have again because we have abt 3 of those channels. The tp of d working one is 12418V30000. If it is the correct tp dat u have and it is not opening, stay on the channel for a few minutes and observe if it will open. If it doesn't open press 8281. If u do dis and it does not open, u need to move on with other free channels u have.

@GeorgeD, kindly help a brother locate the shop where you got that underated wonderful Ku LNB.

fox sport is opening on my 4922a.wait do u mean ss3hd is stil opening on 4950 decodder

Well allot of tinz is possible when it comes to multiple LNB setup with one dish... But bring in mytv in that circle of setups as mentioned above... Meeenn! I neva try am before, but the last time I checked, its far impossible, except/maybe with a big dish like 1.5/1.8m dish.

U can set up DSTV, Multi Tv, Irib, Amos and (ses4/5 with Muvi Tv7e) but u hv to twit ur LNB very well to get 70%above on ses4/5 for ur Muvi Tv7e to appear... all this can be done SOUNDLY with at list 90cm dish and above... mind you I said soundly. Or less my ogas here has a contrary view about this.


Simply track Amos as ur primary, while standing in-front of ur dish add another Lnb on top of ur Amos(Primary) lift 5/6iches up and 1.5inches to the left..there u shud hit Multi Tv(Secondary). Add the third Lnb on top of the Multi Tv slidely to hit ur DSTV. For Ses4/5.. here still standing infront of ur dish about 2.5/3inches below ur Amos moving to the right( Try along the Iron rod or 1.5/2inches away from the Iron rod holding the Primary Lnb) here u shud hit green.

Its as easy as it sound abi... But honestly it took me more than 6months under the sun to fully understnd the hole senerio... well maybe I wasn't tot well or I neva understd the lecture during d teaching.. But tru the constant teaching from my wonder minded gurus here,determination to know more and PATIENCE above all.. I did passed my class and moved on to the next class.(But I no b guru oo... still a quiet learner).

My fox sports is scrambled... It happened about 20mins ago. Anyone with the same issue?

@amnolimit. No.These are just the selected few.There are more than 20 channels begging to be captured on Amos 5.

imagine tracking 5e, 7a and 7b, 7w, 16e and 17e, 20e, 26e, 30.5e, 36e, 42e, 52.5e, 57e, 62e, 64.2e, 68.5e, 75.6e, 78.5e, 100.5e, 22w but failing to hit green on 28.2e
