I want to know why most young ladies between the age bracket of 25 and 43 have either pot bellies or swollen tummy when they are not even pregnant?

Please I wanna know

cos they eat too much. simple

It's becoming so rampant this days, our medical personnel should research on this and give these ladies advise. if not for anything but for the sake of us men that it turns off.

Consumption of too much carbohydrate and fatty foods without exercise.

Drinking of alcohol especially star, 33, etc.

Child birth

Women, you have fat cells more than men, so drop many of these sugary food and alcohol you take.

ladies with potbellies are ladies who drink,you guys too should stop taking your gf to bar there are reasonable and relaxing place to take them i don't like girls drinking.As i don born so you no go know i am married with kid,my tommy is so flat.

I av a friend who used to be .She registered in a gym and she was given kinda foods to eat e.g brown rice,reduced palm oil intake(use olive oil),avoid oily fishes,remove d skin of chicken b4 eating,take skimmed milk,drink lota water,take fruits and the quatity of food must be defined...u must av a digital scale.

D last time I saw her,she was


Natural metabolism reduces wit age and dis is d reason why u must work extra as u age.
