some could be stress related, once some people are stressed they tend to eat more and gain weight. i asked a friend once and she gave me the excuse of the body of women in abroad and nigeria is different n some space for the womb/miscarriage bogus brouhaha. I do think it has a lot to do with eating habits and exercising which most Nigerians are not disciplined enough to make them habits. most especially Exercise we are caught up with work, traffic, and other stuffs and fail to care for the body, the truth is that there is no excuse if we all could as well make it a habit to eat and say our prayers every day we can do same for exercise.

I av a friend who used to be .She registered in a gym and she was given kinda foods to eat e.g brown rice,reduced palm oil intake(use olive oil),avoid oily fishes,remove d skin of chicken b4 eating,take skimmed milk,drink lota water,take fruits and the quatity of food must be defined...u must av a digital scale.

D last time I saw her,she was

help me and ask them. I hate fatty belly girls. as for me, been a man I am, can't eat from now till tomorrow my belly will still respect my body

Greed,indiscipline,gluttony,and too many boyfriends buying them useless junkie food items,and instead of sharing with their friends,they selfishly eat the whole rubbish alone. They drag bottles of alcohol with guys and go as far as consuming the liquor more than them! What is the result,the junks and alcohol pads on their stomach wall,and they walk about shamelessly thinking they look like some princess. When they eventually get pregnant,they consume the whole kitchen and walk about the house looking like gee-pee tanks.

Ladies can be careless sha. You'll see a slim lady with an all-year-round pot belly. Imagine! If they are chubby, I won't mind but slim with pot belly?! Ahn ahn. That's too careless.

Like men, Nigerian ladies/women still hold this ugly traditional belief that being fat or big-bellied is a measure of good living. Some yoruba proverbs encourage people to carry big bellies.. Even praise singers give them more recognition at parties. Aggressive reorientation is urgently needed.

Some of them dey even get big head join.

POT BELLE is a natural phenomenon, they're more likely to expect it whenever they 're turning 30-35 as a result of accumulated fat in the lower abdomen...*no too bad shaa*
