they are all average players.. take a look at the German team, the reason wy non of their players could earn individual accolades is cos they are not exceptional comparatively but as a team, they can take on any team in the world.. i will rather have a lewandosky that to have muller.. a messi than gotze, a hazard than schurlle, a matic than lamn/sweisteiger...

what we have is an average professionals.. can you compare the conversion rate of rooney/costa/aguero/c.ronaldo to emenike/ik uche/moses/ideye ??... what can we do to turn an average players to a great team.. a tested/trusted world class coach with commitment and passion to excel.. while we also provide with necessary infrastructure and enabling environment...
