Yam with Ukang sauce- This is called "Ukang" in my dialect. The sauce is a mixture of palm oil, potash, crayfish, dried pepper and dry fish. U don't hv to cook d sauce,u just mix d palm oil with potash properly till it foams and u ill then add oda stuffs. Its simple and traditional.u can eat with cocoayam, anem and yam.(It taste like Itsekiri kind of ogwo soup) So welcome to Akwa-ibom. https://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xap1/v/t1.0-9/1524823_10152462989973747_1414167421_n.jpg?oh=512c79a87b2e9002142d2ad5c1399b6f&oe=54B58E69&__gda__=1425309107_ac1d198dd371780fb98d87a0df16f711 |
