Yam with Ukang sauce- This is called "Ukang" in my dialect.
The sauce is a mixture of palm oil, potash, crayfish, dried pepper and dry fish. U don't hv to cook d sauce,u just mix d palm oil with potash properly till it foams and u ill then add oda stuffs. Its simple and traditional.u can eat with cocoayam, anem and yam.(It taste like Itsekiri kind of ogwo soup)
So welcome to Akwa-ibom.
