Search for apk file and install. Present version of telegram is v1.9.6(374)

pls gurus in the house help m out. I use a Motorola RAZR droid and can't make use of the hotspot since I got it here's what it says each time I try to put it on.

The internal memory of ur phone is almost full. Check it Settings-Apps-Downloaded. Look at the bottom, u will see d internal memory remaining. SOLUTION: Move d movable apps to ur SD card and delete ur unwanted or unimportant apps

Your mobile hotspot has been blocked by verizon...You can unblock it by flashing a custom rom

yeah you can get root with framaroot...as for upgrade, you're stuck with 4.2.2
