This will be true since humans are more complex than the coded systems they make. In a sense, God is more complex than humans given the powers attributed to Him. But that isn't the gist because being a coded system isn't enough to make codes. A corpse is a coded system. The characteristic that is crucial here is intelligence and that is what we can say the Creator has.
