Why ?

I have observed from ladies I meet, that diminishing returns starts setting in on the muscles of their tummy after crossing 26-27 years of age. With a view to eliminating this, what are the early causes of big belly among girls ?

While at 25, most ladies have flat tummy. It is good for women to marry on time. At the prime of their beauty when everything about them is still yori yori.

It is just an observation. No hard feelings.

Men are not left out either. From age 30, you start witnessing protruding tummy. But as part of requirements a man cannot marry with an empty bank account, he must make money which hardly comes before age 30.

Oya, ladies state the possible reasons why your tummy is big...

Don't fink its all women, my mum is in her la8 50's buh she has got nice tummy, then check out my bestie's mum, she did probably ve 6 packs.

OP it has nothing to do with age. In Nigeria there is a popular saying "AWOOF DEY PORT BELLE" , awoof is what causes the stomach potrution in women. Niaja girls have a very bad eating habit all in the name of calling a guy mugu. A girl might be in her room and drink a big bowl of garri with gnuts, 30mins later a guy asks her out, she will eat fried rice and chicken with juice. A few hours later another guy takes her out and she eats suya and snap or smirnof ice. Even at 11pm another guy calls and she goes out with him, and says she feels like eating SHAWAMA and icecream.

After all this she will say guys are mugu, but her stomach is testifying against her .
