About d bluetooth, right click @ d bluetooth logo @ d task bar. Choose send a file it will should u option dat u should choose d file, locate d file and send it . It will find ur phone bound dem together and it solve.

ok let me break it down steps by step
1. Open control panel
2. Change d view from to large or small (u will c dat option @ d top by d right, it will increase the option in d control panel.
3. Scroll down to d last option, u will c system restore, click it.

What are u doing b4 d blue screen ?( b4 it write what u can't read , and restart)
