Very normal...breastfeeding hormones and some contraceptive pills can cause that.

It's very normal. Just eat healthy. A pregnant woman is expected to take extra 300 calories till she puts to bed. There's a reason for that. Your baby needs it to develop well. Also don't be afraid of making a fat baby just yet, they start adding serious weight in the 3rd trimester-7th,8th and 9th month. As for you getting fat, if you eat healthy and keep being active-like 30mins walk daily, you won't add soo much. btw, would you rather sacrifice a lifelong of goodies, including good health and intelligence fr your baby on the alter of being a sexy mum forever.

Instead of 3 heavy meals, take 4 or 5 small meals, it helps to keep you filled and energized throughout the day and keeps heartburn away. Take your meds religiously, you'll see the results by June 2015. have a smooth 9 months.

dear, eat as far as you are hungry. you ae just 7 weeks, babies start adding weight from like 7 months, moreso, the size of baby is more dependent on u and dh's wight at birth (hereditary). so enjoy all the food, you don't even know if it will continue like this thru out the pregy. wish you stressfree 9 mths

ow far gone are u? Check for protein in ur urine.Wen u sit, raise ur legs up wt a stool.U can use pillows to raise dem up if u re lying down bt kp dem raised most of d tym.

How do I start taking my prenatals again? Pregnacare tablet is kinda too big for me and I puke it immediately it goes in so I have stopped.

You're supposed to register for antenatal as son as you realize you're preggers. Infact, the truth is that you're supposed to start taking folic acid BEFORE you try for a baby. Anyways, just register asap cos the basic measurements they get now from you (your weight, bp, etc) is what they will use to compare and monitor your progress eg weight gain, rise and fall in bp,etc throughout the pregnancy, and the longer you wait, the more those basic pre~pregnancy statistics change. Besides, you need to start taking prenatal meds to prevent birth defects like neural tube defect and othe dangerous defects. You babies important organs and body parts are forming now...brain, spinal cord, etc

Ayah. Dont worry its just a matter of time. It will be over just be patient. I stopped taking pregnacare then. I startex taking just folic acid and fessolate. Still difficult o. I coukd perceive onions cut in my kitchen from outside the gate. I thought it would not end. I was even admitted on two different occasions. I was throwing up not less than 10 times daily. It was bad. But see me rocking my bump now and enjoying the azonto my precious one is dancing in my tummy. Just be patient. All the best

People have 6 kids because you forget. Mehn all the discomforts and waddling of pregnancy has become a distant blurry memory in my mind. Seems like child's play compared to actual motherhood.
