NBA players are a small percent of the population. Most African Americans aren't even that tall like 5'8 to 5'11 is what men typically are, I tower over them. Fulani are known for being tall, so are the Serer and Wolof. You must not know many Senegalese. 6'5" is very common amongst the Senegalese.

You see what the video says? Some of them not even standing on their tip toes are almost 7 feet tall (Fulani). I know you like to believe unscientific bull crap that is propagated by people who don't measure height well. You don't even question where they go to measure the heights of the Senegalese. For all you know they can be going to a village where there are short Senegalese people and saying that is respective of their heights.
