A friend just told me this morning. I hope Dr Myles, his wife & every other person on that plane rest in the bosom of the Lord.

I still do not understand life.

Oh dear, sorry to wake you up with such sad news but it's as true as it is sad. Our mentor, pastor, preacher and figure, Pastor Myles Monroe is dead.

He and his wife died in a plane crash yesterday (November 9, 2014) and it has already been updated on Wikipedia

At the moment, heart-felt condolences avalanche his Facebook and Twitter pages. It's indeed a great loss and not only Christians alone feel this pain. He died aged 60.

If inspirational talking, ways of making money and seed sowing is actually a ministry instituted by Jesus then he is sure a resounding success in that with practical proofs. Private jets, multimilliondollar estates and a worldwidefollowing

Man of God or not,he was a great lecturer and inspirational talker So this is not a goodnews

There are sure lessons to be learnt. No man no matter the worldwide following he may have accrued should arrogate himself the position of God under whatever guise.
God is nobody'sage mate. Oyedepo, Oyakhilome and co. should please take note and make amendment where necessary

His books are an inspiration to millions of people around the world.
So unfortunate to lose people like this. May their souls rest in peace. Amen

Even though I am a Muslim, I have gained so much from his teachings. A rare gem has left us indeed. This is sad indeed. My condolences to his family.

This is so sad. I remember what he said in a message some years back and he repeated it 3 weeks ago in a sermon in Kenya. He said " Die like I'm planning to die, EMPTY", live your life to the fullest, deposit all your potentials so when you go you know you have fought the fight, we have finished your course, you have run the race and behold there is a crown for you. Rest in the Lord Sir and ma. Your legacy will live on.

Very very true. What will people remember us for when we are gone? The best way to live is to impact others with your gifts, potentials even anointing! Adieu to one of the greatest public speaker and mentor.
