CAN Directs All Nigerian Churches To Raise Special Offering For Victims Of Boko Haram's activities in North-Eastern Nigeria on December 7

CAN has directed all churches across Nigeria to collect a special offering on Sunday, 7 December, to use in procuring aid and offering assistance to the displaced men, women and children in the terror ravaged states, especially Borno, Yobe and Adamawa.[/b]

The directive was given at the 27th Word of Life Bible Church annual convention, tagged Jubilee Word Festival, at the International Gospel Centre, Warri.

Oritsejafor revealed to the delegates that CAN had sent letters to all the churches in the country, asking them to collect a special offering to alleviate the hardship of Christians in the north.
