None of the above. But I think tattoo is worse.

Tribal marks are local tattoos. I dislike both of them.

At least you can explain a tribal mark on a man's face especially if it was most likely "inflicted" at a young age.
But someone putting a permanent Tattoo on the face by choice as an Adult is a definite No-No. When you are not DJ Sose!
