Ingenious!!! With the little details the OP provided , you could decipher the keyboard as (one of) the problems?

... You are either a Quack, con artist, or a wizard... (I doubt the latter)

what kind of noise does it make? is it like a whistle sound, ( you know, the type you used to hear on your TV, when NTA wants to start broadcasting from 4pm in the 90s?). Then it is a keyboard issue and simply changing it resolves the issue.

the fan also makes noise when it is blocked but you can easily identify this when you check the source of the noise and it is coming from the vents on the system.

Update the relevant system applications or re-load your OS and issue will be resolved.

I suggest u disable d keyboard from the Mboard.
