It can also go this way
What roles do you play (currently), hope to play, that will add positive values to your community, country and Africa?

All four questions are the same thing, only rephrased, you can talk about your civic duties, patriotism, civil obligation, anything that will portray you as a positive and active member of his community!.

It's doesn't have to be a principal, a senior school teacher can be used too, respectively in Maths, English, Physics, chemistry, Biology (for science) Government, Commerce and Economics (for Arts).

And No, there isn't any form of age restriction, although special consideration are given to students with less than Five years Gap for year of High school graduation.

Yes you can use just parent, just answer anyone that is applicable to you and leave the others blank, just make sure that at the end if you choose parents, it should cover 100%, if you decide to go with more than parents, just bear in mind that the total percentage should equal a 100%.
