This man's story is easily explainable.

Hallucinations are pretty common following a traumatic experience.. The man needs time to heal & regain his mental stability.

These "white men" may attack the south next. They are frustrated we haven't started killing each other ala Rwanda so that the country will be partitioned into villages for easy manipulations. The irony here is that after every blast, the government invites them; the cia and mossad and to handle the investigations . . . We seem incapable of running away from danger. We are screwed.

Hallucinations come after a traumatic experience, not before. He saw this white man before the explosion, before the traumatic experience, not after, so I dont think that he had hallucinations, he really saw this white man and the two boys
