(Business reasons)

Let us look at the realistic picture here:
Nigeria has won thrice out of 8 seasons .
The show is a business venture expected to yield profit.
Nigeria is the main sponsor but certainly not the only sponsor.
If a Nigerian wins again most countries will boycott this show but if a Nigerian loses millions of Nigerians will stand in queue at the audition place cos frankly there is too much hunger here.
( individual reasons)
Tayo was entertaining but he had no story.
He played both the role of the hero and villain.
He was massively hated by non Nigerians.
It will be very easy to screw him over irrespective of the number of votes he gets.
(Opposition reasons)
There was never a clear cut winner this season.
Idris was the lead actor this season, he was the one that had a storyline.
The regional voting will favour him.
He is a safer choice for multi choice .
(Consolation reasons)
If Nigeria loses this year, our chances of winning next year will be very high.
Africa will relax and know the powers are in their hands and they will take it easier on our reps.
The hate will decrease in a rapid rate.
There will be little or no backlash if a Nigerian wins next year.
It will be a win win situation for everyone ( the lucky person might even be somebody on this thread)
I hope the following will be able to convince any rightful thinking person why Tayo is highly unlikely to win this year. If Nigerians can keep their emotions and ego on check they will see the clearer picture and understand that multi choice won't afford to give a Nigerian the money this year.
But keep voting though, you never can tell.

Thank God u said u may be wrong cos I'm positive u are very wrong. One thing u seems to forget is dat 300k dollars is at stake now. Check out nlanla who has never shaken body or loosen up dancing and messing around like a kid. Idris who is always beside one of his concubines jumping up and down dancing like a castrated dog even when in d party he doesn't dance well.

Isn't what they're doing "role playing"? Part of their task?

Oh & btw, Nhlanhla does dance. Infact, he has done so several times even when Frankie was still around. Him getting jiggy wit it is nothing to get all twitchy about because he has done it before.

What's wrong with that? If played correctly, she could have been used as a spokesperson in a bid to end this barbaric act against young girls.
Its not the kind of subject people discuss over dinner. She did not even look traumatised. She looked like a freak seeking attention the way she presented it.

Unlike football big brother is something that can be controlled at the end of the day voting most likely will not decide ( no one is a kid here we all know how successful organizations are ran)
Making an emphasis with football is way off cos unlike BBA the outcome of soccer is visible.

I watched that season six, non stop
If Karen had come up for evictions in the first week, she would been sent home, by Nigerians (1)

That girl sold herself to Africa, warts and all
A true daughter of the soil(Africa).....her words

Other Africans fell in love with her before we Nigerians did
Most of us were caught up and wowed with the oyibo accent of Vina, lol
We did not sell Karen to Africa, she sold herself with her pure soul(2)

I loved Karen, to bits
Rough, fiery and kind
No Nigerian rep, .....no African rep will ever be like Karen

Africa witnessed a tornado
She would have won over even Uti (3)
True Story

I disagree to an extent.

(1) When Vina failed to pick up in the entertainment department, Nigerians quickly ported to Karen as the preferred Naija rep. Yes, Nigerians were judging Karen hard in the beginning on their "morality" grounds as usual. I never argued that. I said the tied turned in her favor around week 5.
I was on all those same forum pages too, and I can tell you Nigerians were the ones to defend her when other countries kept insulting her due to her various fights with other housemates.

(2) I disagree. I remember all the arguments I myself and my other Nigerian pals got into defending Karen. After fighting with almost everyone in the house, she was hated on by almost every other country. As for Vina, most couldn't stand her oyinbo accent, and called her more British than Nigerian. Especially when she tried to downplay people that speak Pigin English.
Yes Karen sold herself, but do you really Karen's win had nothing to do with Nigerians selling her to Africa? Especially how harshly females are judged on this show? If she didn't have the backing of her country, she wouldn't have won. Simple. Which is why I think it was 50/50.

(3) YES YES I AGREE grin

Which outcome of soccer is visible? The same FIFA that's facing corruption/scam accusations for giving Qatar the next venue to host the world cup? The same corrupt FIFA that gave Messi the world best in 2010 over Sneijder the deserving winner? Oh please. If BBA is strictly for business, then they should stop us from wasting our money voting.

Mr ,I said soccer not FIFA, you can clearly see the
goals and scores and the clear winner.Fifa can host a game in hell fire but at the end of the day the better team will triumph.
Votes do count up until the final week when Biggie must make a business decision ,it is not usually the people who got the most votes that wins. Can we die this argument now,I need to sleep.
