so the government should sacrifice the lives of 160 million people because you want to eat cheap imported(and probably contaminated) turkey meat?? I just don't get the logic behind a lot of posts here..Nigerians will see a sickened (sometimes dead); whale washed out on the sea shore and the first thing that they do is to hack and eat! they see a century old giant turtle washed out on the shore, first thing they do..hack and eat! una tire person..is turkey the only source of protein available?

Those turkey's are not poisoned Mr. Man they are even fresher than the ones gotten here... Govt banned its importation to encourage local poultry farmers
