The English league is new to me and physically its the strongest i have worked in. Its my responsibility to ensure players are strong enough on on off the ball. With time, when my philosophy sinks into them. injuries will be history. I do not say we shall not have injured players but not as much as this and i hope i will not see something different in the papers tomorrow
