Though i didnt know how the folks collecting the ballots were selected in this case

But what i know that normally happens is that........The real agents of the aspirants are joggled in a sequence such that

Buhari's agent might be the one manning Rochas' box........Atiku's manning Sam Nda Isaiah's etc

By so doing,each of them will be eagle-eyed to check if the ballots being given to him actually tallies with the call of the electoral officers




So Domingo Obende might not be Atiku's real observer/agent in this case.........He might even be there for Buhari or Kwankwaso
