You are a REAL village id0it. If you really did do an accounting degree, you would have agreed that accounting is 1 of but many subjects you have to pass to qualify for an accounting degree(well in SA you have to), including Management Accounting , financial Accounting and business management to name 3, and all 3 especially Management accounting have alot to do about Purchasing and sales, but to be honest i dont expect you to understand.

And even in your Auditing subjects you have to at least know the basics of a companies tender processes.

while weight and steep acceleration/decceleration should be considered in vehicle making,it isnt the tyre that really augment the weight,its the wheel springs.military vehicles are created to serve in specific military operation.for example:
a leclerc or abrams tank cannot be used in a swamp,marshy grassland or mangroove,'cos it will sink into the ground and get stuck during operation
on the other hand a scorpion light tank or vicker{which are way inferior and cheap},can be used in a swamp conveniently.
each of the above set of tanks were created for specific operations using specific designs.

Well it depends on the terrain, in the border war it was necessary for our vehicles to have tires/wheels that have sufficient traction in rough terrain and still be able to travel very long distances, thus bigger tires which will have more rubber to wear off than smaller tires and providing more traction than smaller tires, thats why 4x4 vehicles have bigger wheels/tires than normal cars.

Actually that was our SAPs Special task force(tekkies), but they go threw the same basic training as the SF but they specialize in URBAN combat and counter terrorism.
